Justin came out to install a new coil for our heat pump system. He was very professional and friendly, and did a thorough test of the system before he left. he also fixed a problem he found with the plumbing. Justin represents McCrea very well. I am new to McCrea, and hope we continue to have a great relationship. Cathy H

My highest commendations and recommendations to the sales and installation staff at McCrea. John Prince from sales clearly knows his business. His comprehensive review inspired confidence from the start. John provided me with a quote and answered all my questions with skill and confidence making all the necessary arrangements for a worry free installation. This even included having an access hatch cut in the ceiling by Aaron which looks great and I am very pleased with. Kevin W. and Mike C. were assigned to do the 3 day 2 heat pump installation. Both of these man clearly know their trade and treated both me and my home respect. The installation went great and I felt quite relaxed having these 2 men in my home. Clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction and up holding the reputation you would expect from a name as well known as McCrea, Kevin W. and Mike C. are a true asset to that name. I feel I made the best choice in choosing McCrea and give them my highest recommendation. Tim McGowan
