McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services

We had a visit from Ruth Cira on Saturday due to my heater not functioning and her visit was amazing. Ruth expalined the reasons why we need to do maintenance on our units. She explained all aspects of McCrea's service offerings. We even discussed alternate Air cleaning systems for my home since I got pets. I'm so Happy with her service. Will definitely ask for Ruth everytime help is needed. Thanks a bunch McCrea. Please pass this along to her management, Ruth should be commended for such great service.

Hello Had Dan Woodby at my house to check everything out for the winter. He was great, very knowledgeable and skilled. He installed a programable thesmostat and took the time to show me how it works. Thanks Dan!

Ray Ward did the fall seasonal inspection on my heating unit. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained what the inspection entailed. He was thorough and very respectful of my home; removed his shoes upon entering to prevent soiling or damaging my carpet and hardwood floors. He was very professional and respectful. I would like to have him as my regular technician.

My service appointment was scheduled for 10-09 after 12 Noon. My Service Technician was Trevor. He called me before my scheduled time to see if I was available for an earlier appt. SInce I was at work, I told him that I would keep the original appt. He called me ahead to let me know he was near. He had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. He explained the problem and the repair in terms that I could clearly understand. He was efficient and thorough. He exhibited what I look for in customer service and quality. P. mike henderson has completed the fall and spring checks on my furnace a number of times the past few years. he's consistantly dependable, easy to talk with and quite professional, not to mention a wealth of knowledge ~ i had no idea furnace filters and humidifer pads are recyclable!
