I Just wanted to take the opportunity to tell you what a SUPERSTAR person Trevor is. I turned on the heating unit in my new home and it did not work. Within 1 hour Trevor was here and fixed it. Beyond that, he took the time on a rainy Sunday night to explain and note to me how the levers work to control each level of the house. WHAT A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I wish to commend Matt Marfinetz for his excellent customer service. He came to my home on Sep 18, 2012 fully prepared for the job and completed the task in a professional manner. I was impressed with his knowledge of my HVAC and the skill he displayed in conducting a Fall Check. A very knowledgeable person and an excellent customer attitude. If you need a Pro for the job please ask for "Matt". You will not be disappointed.
